At the same time the Dutch Competition Authority seizes the opportunity to extend its powers in the field of enforcement. The Dutch Competition Authority (NMa) responsible for the enforcement of the Dutch Competition Act (DCA) has in the last few years evolved into an active supervisor of the Dutch market.
